A trip to the park to collect tass results in an encounter with Val, where we discuss theories about the garou, magic, places of power, and Val catches me up on recent past events surrounding the Pink Fuzz drug and the spiritual status of Harbor Park and its new renovations. New agendas: (1) See what I can do to resolve the wasp nest problem in Harbor Park's astral plane and (2) Locate the new city hideout for the garou.
