Momentum and doubt

( A side trip to Portland to check on my two apprentices, who are doing well, and to talk crazy talk to other mages. Oops. )
( Re-establishing resonance with the fire pit at the caern. This feels like it goes beyond Correspondence, rolling into something spiritual. )
( I think I can pull off a fairly convincing tiger illusion now. )
( Attending my first half-moot. It was mercifully drama-free. )

Emma must have gotten in touch with Jacinta, because Jacinta turned up at my cabin last night. We had a very interesting, productive discussion. One that leaves me wondering just how desperate and afraid the sept is right now.

Expect riots to occur in Saint Claire within 1-3 weeks. Your area of town will be affected, but it appears--at least in the near future--that Copper Sands will go unmolested by these riots that will be centered largely on the northwestern part of the city and the Courthouse vicinity. Still, do take care and precautions.
I sincerely apologize for this second intrusion, but thought you would be highly interested in this information. And no, I am not causing them.

Back at the tenement now. I think I'll spend the rest of the night reading a few ebooks since my case load has.... oh, crap. I need to find someone else to help located Izzy Spark's mother what with Mouse out of town.

( I suspect this is the first time a mage has ever been asked if he could "put a caern to sleep" by a garou. )
( Val used to taunt the garou. Ha ha! )
( Salem welcomes me to the family, and is a grouchy old cuss under a full moon. )
( Worrying about being tailed, confirmation that I can't put a caern to sleep (but it can be done by mages more competent than I), and a busy day planned for tomorrow. )
