Tuesday, April 29 (evening)--Cliath activity plan, sept naming, and I did what?
I dropped off some frozen pizzas at the farmhouse. Ran into Dakota there. We got to talking about things that cliaths could do around here, and I proposed that they form up a temporary pack to run patrols in WWNP in an attempt to catch whoever or whatever has disappeared two wolves now. (Might be The Suits. Might not. Could be Spirals abducting breeding stock for all we know.) Alicia turned up, we filled her in on this, and she thought Earth-Whisperer, the Red-Talon elder (unsurprisingly never met him), would need to oversee it. Talk turned to how Jacinta is looking to rename the caern. Dakota came up with The Sept of the Wheel Eternal. That has a nice ring to it and was better than my suggestion: The Sept of the Cold Last Stand. (As apparently this sept is the last one in the area--and it's mildly cold? No, it wasn't the best of ideas.) Alicia said she'd deliver that name to Jacinta. (I wonder if she's going to try and steal credit for coming up with it?)
Thomas showed up, asked what we were talking about, and we filled him in. He then said that he'd talked with Emma recently and that Reed--the other night--had stormed off because he'd thought Thomas and I had been making fun of him and called him lame. WTF? I am not going to call an ahroun "lame" to his face even on a new moon and even if they're missing both eyes and all their limbs. Thomas said it was taken care of, but that I might want to give Reed some distance just in case. Fuck that noise. I packed it in and left for home so I could give Emma a call and take myself out of the formula.

Thomas came with me back to my cabin. We talked not about Reed, but about The Suits, how we were both eager to get on with rescuing Naomi (but didn't want to screw things up and make a bad situation even worse), and how Thomas currently smelled like a mouse and couldn't eat mice for 6 months as part of a deal he has going with a mouse spirit.
Vegetarianism: It's not looking so bad.
I need to remember to ask him about letting me see his coat, which I believe is a fetish, and asking how it works.
