Somewhat awkward meeting with Emma in the park today. A few days ago she'd run into me at Edgewood, the place out in Kent Crossing that the garou and their kin use as a commune of sorts--replacing the farmhouse they used to have nearby before it burned down. (Yeah, I knew about it!) Anyway, Emma wigged out when she saw me, turned around, and ran. I felt bad. And nervous, too. In fact, I was about to give Mouse and Salem a call before I just ran into her in the park. Short story made even shorter, I think we're good. She thought I was human and she was getting along with someone "normal." Now she realizes I'm "kin" (sort of) and that sort of burst her bubble. But we seem to be friends now. Again. She seems to have a good heart, and I certainly can't say that for all--or maybe even most--of the garou.
